📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial aspects of engineering projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring they are spent efficiently and in accordance with project plans.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Provide financial support to the engineering team, including cost analysis and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
