Support the General Manager in the strategic planning and decision-making processes,Oversee the operations of various departments to ensure efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor department heads to foster a high-performance culture,Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients,Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to achieve organizational goals,Ensure the company's vision and values are aligned with its actions and decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
