📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the talent and performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
• Support the implementation of People Advantage's talent management strategies, ensuring that the company's goals are aligned with individual employee development.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
• Monitor employee engagement levels and implement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best candidates are hired for the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to support the company's HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar tools.
• Certification in performance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
