📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs using electronic health records (EHR) and nursing documentation systems.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Assist with patient treatments, including wound care, IV therapy, and physical therapy.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in health status to the medical team.
- Ensure a clean and organized patient room, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to stay updated on best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pekerjaan Umum).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
