📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with company objectives.,Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Assist in the development and execution of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.
