📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading a team of tax professionals to ensure efficient and effective tax compliance and planning.,Providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they meet their tax obligations and optimize their tax positions.,Monitoring and analyzing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax planning.,Preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax laws.,Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tax operations and client satisfaction.,Ensuring the team meets performance targets and deadlines.,Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
