PT Teknologi Kusuma is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with remote work options available.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistency in store operations and policies.,Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
