📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of all hotel facilities, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Ensure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.,Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Manage and supervise a team of facility managers and support staff.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.,Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the safety and security of all hotel facilities and guests.,Maintain strong relationships with guest service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving facility operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in facilities management.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and expectations.
