📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or tea industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior is a plus.
