📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage fleet operations to ensure efficient and safe transportation.,Oversee the daily activities of drivers and maintain a high level of service quality.,Maintain and update vehicle records, including maintenance schedules and service history.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and accidents.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce costs.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in planning and executing fleet-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
