📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and maintained according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
