📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals
• Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance
• Oversee general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and logistics
• Build and maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and practices
• Proficient in English and Japanese language skills
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
