Berkah Zahra Health Center is seeking a dedicated IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including computers, servers, and networks.,Provide technical support to staff, including software and hardware issues.,Manage and update our IT systems and software.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and followed.,Monitor and maintain our IT security measures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues.,Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.,Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
