📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of software products from conception to deployment.,Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.,Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure the scalability and maintainability of our software products.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our software systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.,Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Experience with software development frameworks and tools such as Spring, Django, or React.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
