📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and fairly.,Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and employee performance.,Participate in training and development programs for employees and managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
