📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing import-export processes, including order processing, documentation, and logistics coordination
• Support customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Assist in cross-cultural business negotiations and communication with international partners
• Support the development and maintenance of trade relationships with international suppliers and customers
• Assist in the preparation of trade reports and analysis for operational decision-making
• Support the implementation of quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for staff
• Support the organization of trade events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Proficiency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5 or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of international trade processes, customs procedures, and logistics management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic trade software such as SAP or Oracle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail
• Willingness to travel and work in an international setting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in international trade or a related field
