As a Mathematics Tutor at Patriot Muda Training Centre, you will play a crucial role in helping students understand and master mathematical concepts. You will create engaging lesson plans, conduct interactive classes, and provide personalized attention to each student. Our center uses a variety of teaching tools, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and real-world problem-solving activities, to make learning fun and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities to help students understand and master mathematical concepts.
• Conduct interactive classes using interactive whiteboards, educational software, and real-world problem-solving activities.
• Provide personalized attention and support to each student to ensure their academic success.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Collaborate with other tutors and educators to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in education.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and principles up to high school level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as GeoGebra, Desmos, and Khan Academy.
• Certification in teaching mathematics (preferred but not required).
