📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all operational activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure that operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
