📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure that all baked goods are of the highest quality, both in appearance and taste.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our products.,Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest baking techniques and trends to continuously improve our products.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking ingredients and supplies.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.,Proficient in using basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
