📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs meet organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Experience in remote work is a plus.
