📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of operations personnel to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
