📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that will help us achieve our goals.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure that we are able to meet our operational needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong background in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.,Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring operations teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Operations Management, etc.)
