📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, adhering to company standards.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and report to the management team.,Assist in promotional activities and special events to boost sales and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outlet transactions and inventory.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing outlet operations and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management preferred.
