📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Prepare and present daily menus, considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, food costs, and waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with menu planning and cost control.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.Experience with kitchen management software.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Fluent in English and Indonesian.
