As the CNO, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing teams, develop and implement clinical policies, and ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards. You will work closely with our medical team to provide high-quality patient care, and collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the clinical operations of Batam Healthcare Group, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to optimize healthcare delivery.
• Oversee the training and development of nursing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing teams, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
• Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our healthcare services.
• Represent Batam Healthcare Group at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build our reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a management or executive position.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Executive (CNE) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including ISO, Joint Commission International (JCI), and local Indonesian healthcare laws.
• Proven track record of leading clinical teams to achieve high performance and patient satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
