As a Civil Engineer at Selat Kemuning Sdn Bhd, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for site inspections, quality control, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software to create detailed plans and drawings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of high-quality residential and commercial properties in Bali.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Create detailed plans and drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our properties meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in property development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development, with a strong background in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and international standards in property development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
