📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate construction schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project milestones.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress and any challenges encountered.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project phase.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience with project management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
