📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and learning materials.
• Design interactive and engaging learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
• Conduct needs analysis and gather feedback to continuously improve our curriculum.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance our learning programs.
• Create and manage learning objectives, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to instructors and learners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing educational programs and materials.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency in using curriculum development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
