📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality English language lessons to students of all levels, using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring they align with the curriculum and student needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in branch operations, including student check-ins, check-outs, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the branch manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations and student satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in language education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of branch operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in a classroom or tutoring setting.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of educational technology and familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for language education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and provide proof of vaccination.
