📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for infrastructure and facilities projects.
• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from tendering to contract management and vendor performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and facility managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
• Manage and optimize procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial policies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all procurement activities.
• Lead and mentor procurement team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on infrastructure and facilities.
• Proven track record in strategic procurement planning and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Certification in procurement management (e.g., CIPM, CPSM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
